Description:The City of Phoenix is the operating manager for the Sub Regional Operating Group (SROG) that oversees the maintenance of the sewer line from Tempe Town Lake to the 91st Avenue Treatment Plant. The project rehabilitated over 87,000 LF of 48 Inch to 90 Inch sewer mains from 2001 to 2005. B&F Contracting was the excavation and Flow Management Plan subcontractor for all 16 individual contracts working under the CIPP lining Contractors. Our work scope included the excavation of the 23 suction pits, a new manhole installation, and trenching for the discharge pipe installation. This project crossed major intersections and arterial roads with 11 each 18” HDPE pipe.
