As Q2 comes to an end, the B&F team assembled for our quarterly Foremen and Superintendents meeting, where we covered a range of critical topics essential to our continued success. We delved into our safety status, emphasizing the importance of continuing to maintain secure jobsites. We also discussed personal responsibility and accountability, reinforcing the need for each team member to uphold high standards. Additionally, we talked about enhancing quality control strategies to ensure our work meets the highest benchmarks at all times.
We congratulate our presenters Jared Freeman, Ivan Fimbres, Espy Alvarez, Darren Carpenter, and Jayson Vanvolkinburg for leading the discussion and ensuring the meeting’s success.
