Women in Construction Week takes place every March with the goal of celebrating and promoting women in the construction industry. B&F celebrated the incredible women who are an integral part of our company’s success. We kicked off the week with a photoshoot of our Safety team, Project Managers and Project Engineers, and ended with an appreciation lunch, where we honored the hard work and dedication of all our female colleagues. Additionally, we highlighted the profiles of some of these remarkable women on our social media, showcasing their achievements and contributions to the industry.
