On January 9, B&F proudly hosted our 2026 Safety Summit, bringing together team members, vendors, suppliers, and clients for a full day dedicated to discussing safety for the field. Our superintendents, foremen, leadmen, and operators participated in educational and interactive sessions regarding critical safety topics. Some highlights included specialized training from the Phoenix Fire Department on trench and aerial rescue, as well as SRP training on overhead power safety. Safety is a core value at B&F, and we are committed to doing everything possible to protect our workforce and our communities. We invest in meaningful training, strong safety policies and systems, and hold ourselves to the highest standards, all with the goal of achieving zero accidents and incidents. We want every employee to go home safely to their families at the end of every day. 👷♂️💪
