Located at 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road, The Trailhead is a $100M+ mixed-use development spanning 40 acres. It includes 140,000 SF of retail anchored by a 63,000 SF Safeway, a 350-unit multifamily complex, and a church. The site also features bike paths, pedestrian connections, and community spaces designed to integrate with the surrounding neighborhoods and the Sunrise Mountain Preserve.
