We’re excited to share our latest project at the Scottsdale’s Water Campus, completed as part of our Citywide Site/Civil Job Order Contract with the City. From January through May 2024, our team executed a range of improvements, including removing and reusing rip rap in the existing parking lot, filling and grading the new lot area, and installing a storm interceptor sump pump in the new retention basin. Additionally, we installed 12” HDPE storm drain, 4” PVC storm drain, a new ADA ramp, as well as new curb and gutter. The project was completed with paving and striping, the installation of parking bumpers, canopies, and connecting electrical systems from the water treatment facility.
