B&F Contracting provided sewer repair/ rehabilitation construction services to Pima County utilizing the Job Order Contract Delivery Method. B&F provided design phase services using existing sewer assessment reports and video provided by PCRWRD to develop a GMP for each Job Order. Our team was able to develop a strong, local subcontractor and vendor base primarily used for wastewater repair/ rehabilitation services. B&F has managed the installation of over 130,000 LF of CIPP Lining (6 inch to 60 inch), over 7,500 LF of sewer line repair and replacement, performed over 159 MH Repairs/Reconstructs, installed over 40 new manholes, and 183 Flow Management Systems.
