B&F completed the underground utilities for the Hub @ 202 Industrial Complex. The wet utility scope of work consisted of the installation of 6- and 8-inch sewer main, 12- to 48-inch storm drain, and 3- to 8-inch waterline. The project also included the installation of catch basins, sewer and SD manholes, concrete encasements, gate valve boxes, and backflow preventers. Our team also completed offsite work, which included the installation of waterline, sewer main, manholes, and hydrants, and tie-ins to the system.
