B&F was the subcontractor chosen to complete the rehabilitation of over 530 LF of 27-inch sewer line with CIPP lining as part of the Phoenix Sky Train Stage 2 project. B&F developed a flow through bypass plan to manage flows coming from the 6-inch sewer service to the west from the Shuttle Bus Facility using a plug and storage method. Our crews installed 6-inch plugs on the sewer service side and connected them to a flow through plug in the 27-inch sewer using a flexible hose. Additionally, B&F completed the installation of a 5-inch manhole. Project scope also included pipe cleaning, testing, traffic control, and the installation of a specialty 30-inch discharge manifold header.
