The City of Peoria procured this project under the Street Lights and Traffic Systems JOC. B&F was selected to add traffic signals and traffic control devices at the existing non-signalized tee intersection of Lake Pleasant Parkway, 87th Ave, and Rose Garden Lane. B&F provided preconstruction services, potholing for design, and other design services to complete the GMP. Our team was able to minimize disruption to existing traffic through early planning for traffic control and proper phasing of the installation of the ITS conduit and signal poles.
