B&F was the selected subcontractor in charge of installing sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and private and public water systems for Mesa Gateway 202 Center. Our crews completed the installation of over 10,000 LF of 18 to 72-inch storm drain, 5,500 LF of 4- to 10-inch SDR-35 PVC pipe sanitary sewer, and 7,800 LF of 8- to 10-inch PVC private waterline and fire line, and over 5,500 LF of 6- to 12-inch DIP public water line. B&F performed all related work and appurtenances, including potholing, tie-ins to existing systems, installation of catch basins, manholes, backflow preventers, valves, and coordination with utility crossings.
