B&F was needed to provide wet utility installation services to the NTT Data Center. Our team oversaw the installation of the storm drain, sewer and waterline systems for the Master site and the Building site. For the Master site, B&F installed approx. 2,400 LF of 12- to 24-inch HDPE pipe for the storm drain, 2,700 LF of 4- to 18-inch PVC sewer line, and around 4,700 LF of 6- to 16-inch DIP waterline. For the Building site, B&F installed over 2,100 LF of 6- to 8-inch DIP waterline and 690 LF of 4- to 8-inch PVC sewer. B&F completed vertical realignments and all appurtenances, including tie-ins to existing lines, installation of gate valves, meters, manholes, backflow preventers, and concrete and asphalt replacement.
